While drivers like Rusty Wallace and Dale Jarrett are into selling cars, Martin prefers the real estate business. "It doesn't pose the kind of risk some businesses do," Martin said in an interview with the Daytona Beach News-Journal. "I'm not going to be racing 10 years from now. I need something I have a passion for."
And it doesn't hurt that he's got a business with his name attached to it. "Obviously, the name helps, said W.G. Watts, a Realtor and manager of the office. "We've already got people coming to us wanting us to sell their house for them."
